If a student has already shared the file and the fingerprint, the question is whether they still match what was anchored. That question belongs to the ledger, not to a phone queue in another time zone.

Employers and other institutions can open a verify link or paste the fingerprint here. The browser asks the public ledger. It does not contact a campus.
Waiting for a hash. A shareable link is this page plus ?hash= and the value.
A hit means a transaction note starts with the value you pasted. It does not grade the student, and it does not replace the institution that attested the record. A miss means this lookup did not find the note.
